Midleton Dair Ghaelach

Is a Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey from the Midleton Distillery. Matured primarily in American Oak Bourbon Barrels and for the first time finished in a virgin native Irish Oak Hogshead Cask. Harvested from Ballaghtobin Estate, Co. Kilkenny. The Native Oak has interacted with the maturing whiskey to impart a distinctively fragrant nose and vanilla finish

Single Grain

With a taste of gentle wood spice playing off the natural sweetness of the grain. Matured in first fill bourbon casks and finished in virgin Spanish oak casks

Nose: New Pencil Shavings, Light Rose Petal, Fresh Rain On Pine

Taste: Warm Toasted Oak, Fresh Peeled Grapefruit, Zesty Wood Spices

Finish: Sweet Cereal, Clove Spiciness, Fresh Mint

Resulting in light perfume notes giving way to dry barley and ice cream cone wafer. Matured in bourbon barrels and finished in French limousin oak casks

A Single Pot Still whiskey aged in chestnut casks, matured in a combination of ex-oloroso Sherry and american bourbon barrels

Taste: Sweet Fruit, Spice Cinnamon Toast, Ripe Banana

Finish: Aromatic Green Tea, Dissipating Fruit & Spice, Rich Wood Farewell
