“Couldn’t recommend it enough!!”

Screen Shot 2016-05-23 at 09.57.40

We stumbled across this bar by chance and found they did a deal – 2 courses for 13 euro which included a drink. We both had Brie to start then Guinness pie, both were excellent in particular the Guinness pie was the best pie we’ve ever had. The steak in the pie was wonderful and the pastry was homemade. We saw deserts another table had which looked amazing but we were just too full! Portions are huge. We loved this place so much we came back the next night and had exactly the same thing!

“Top Stones!”

There are very nice tables near the window overlooking the main street. We tried the stew of meat and vegetables, very tasty, and the delicious fillet steak baked on the stone. The chicken wings are also very good! Very central place, recommended!

“We had a good, hearty meal”

Screen Shot 2016-05-23 at 09.59.15

Six of us stopped in for dinner and everyone was happy with their meal. Half of the group had the Traditional Irish Beef Stew; I had BBQ Beef Burger – all of it was very good, very filling, no complaints. It was a quiet night, so we had pretty good service. The menu has a large variety of items, ranging from salads, chicken dishes, beef, lamb and pork; something for everyone. I can easily recommend this place for a very satisfying meal.
