Make the Most of your Last Days of Summer!

We can hardly believe that summer is coming to an end, but we’re determined to make the most of what’s left – and one of our favourite ways to do that is with a cool summer cocktail, like a delicious mint mojito!

We’ve got the summer cocktail down to a (G&)T, perfect for long evenings catching up with friends. Check out this selection of our favourite summer coolers:

Big Crush

Vodka, Chambord Black Raspberry, Cointreau and fresh lime, shaken, served over crushed ice, and topped off with Champagne


Bombay Sapphire shaken with lemon juice and sugar syrup, shaken, topped with Chambord Black Raspberry, and served over crushed ice with a blackberry garnish


Cachaca and fresh lime wedges muddle with sugar syrup and served over crushed ice
